If you see the message “The operation is too frequent, please try again tomorrow” while trying to log in, it means the account triggered a security restriction due to too many failed attempts in a short period of time. Here’s what you can do:
If you have contact with the team administrator, you can reach out to them for assistance in lifting the restriction (the team administrator can go to the member list to remove the restriction). Alternatively, you can contact DICloak’s customer service and explain the situation to lift the restriction.
Once the restriction is lifted, we recommend avoiding repeated operations within a short period of time to prevent triggering the limit again.
