In the billing center, you can view detailed plan information such as plan limits, order details, expiration dates, and more. You can also perform actions like changing your subscription plans. Let’s take a closer look!
Overview of Plan Information Page
Open and log in to the DICloak software. You can find the “Billing” on the left navigation bar.
- Plan Information: Includes information about your current subscription plan, usage statistics, and order details.
- Current Plan: The plan currently subscribed to.
- Monthly Fee: The cost of the current plan per month.
- Validity Period: The expiration date of the current subscription plan.
- Statistics: Statistics on the usage of key functions, including the number of browser profiles, the number of members, and the number of times browser profiles opened per day.
- Order Details: You can view detailed information of every order, including payment time, payment options, payment amount, order number, and order contents.
Overview of Change Plan Page
In the “Change Plan” section, you can view the details of the Free, Team, and Pro plans and perform actions such as selecting a plan and submitting an order.
- Free Plan: it costs $0/month, and supports one member only. Free Plan allows users to create no more than 10 browser profiles and to open the browser profiles no more than 20 times per day.
- Team Plan: It costs $14/month and supports all feature rights. The number of members and browser profiles is unlimited. Team Plan allows users to open browser profiles no more than 500 times per day, which can be expanded according to your needs.
- Pro Plan: It costs $50/month and supports all feature rights. Pro Plan supports one member, with an expandable number of members. It allows no more than 100 browser profiles, which can be expanded as well. The base number of times browser profiles opened per day is 100,000, increasing with the number of browser profiles (browser profiles * 1000).
- Validity period: The duration of your current plan. Choosing 30 days for 15% discount, 90 days for 25% discount, 180 days for 35% discount, and 360 days for 45% discount. In a nutshell, the longer duration you choose, the greater discount you’ll enjoy.
- Payment method: DICloak accepts PayPal, VietinBankVisa, Mastercard, and crypto (including bitcoin, USDT, USDC and ETH).
- Cost Details: View detailed plan information and the costs required for changing plans.
