In DICloak, BOSS owns the highest level of operational authority within a team, which means it owns super admin privileges. Typically, if you create a team, you are automatically designated as the BOSS of the team, and there is only one BOSS in each team. If you need to transfer BOSS privileges to another team member, you need to upgrade from Free Plan to Team or Pro Plan. Specific steps to follow are provided below:

1.Go to the Member List Page
- Open and log in to the DICloak first. Find “Members” on the left navigation bar, in which you can see all the member information.
2.Transfer BOSS
- Find your BOSS account and click the “Transfer BOSS” button in the “Operation” section.
- Select the member to whom you want to transfer the BOSS privileges. Then click the “Confirm” button to complete the transfer.
Frequently Asked Questions
1.Can I transfer BOSS with the Free Plan ?
So far, Free Plan does not support transferring BOSS privileges. This function is only available with the Team Plan and Pro Pan. You can upgrade your subscription to the Team Plan or Pro Plan to perform this operation.
2.After I transfer BOSS privileges to another member, what will my role in the team be?
The original super admin account will automatically downgrade to an admin role and be reassigned to the management group.
