Does DICloak offer a free trial? How can I apply or participate?

DICloak offers a 7-day free trial. You can add the official customer service and completing a survey to gain trial access.

What does “Member” mean in the plan?

Member refers to authorized individuals who can access your DICloak team and perform business operations within the team.

What does “Browser Profile” mean in the plan?

Browser Profile refers to an independent browser profile where you can set “fingerprint” and “proxy” to simulate different devices. For example, if you need to manage multiple Facebook accounts, you can create a separate browser profile for each account to avoid them being associated with one another.

What does “Daily Open Times” mean in the plan?

Daily Open times refers to the cumulative number of times the team members successfully open browser profiles in one day. This is counted when the “Open” button for the profile is clicked and the environment is fully loaded.

How will the cost be calculated when switching from the current subscription plan to another plan?

If your current subscription plan’s payment is lower than the target plan’s required payment, you will need to pay the difference before completing the switch. If your current subscription plan is higher than the target plan’s payment, no additional payment will be required, and the switch will be completed directly.

How is the plan charged if I renew in advance? How is the duration calculated?

Charging Rules:

  • The renewal duration you select will determine the cost (e.g., selecting 30-days renewal will be charged according to the target plan’s 1-month fee).

Duration Calculation:

  • The renewal duration will be directly added to your current remaining subscription time (e.g., if you have 15 days remaining and renew for 1 month, your total subscription duration will be 45 days).

Does DICloak offer discount codes? How can I obtain or use them?

Currently, DICloak does not offer universal discount codes. If you require a long-term subscription, feel free to contact DICloak official customer service, and we will provide you with an exclusive long-term subscription discount.

Which networks are supported for USDT ?

DICloak currently only supports USDT recharge and transfers via the TRC20 network.

What should I do if my payment is successful but my DICloak plan is not updated?

This issue is typically caused by the actual payment amount being lower than the plan’s required payment, preventing the system from completing the plan update. Please contact DICloak official customer service promptly and provide payment receipts and other relevant information for assistance.
