When 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) is enabled for your Facebook, Google, or other platforms, this configuration allows members to automatically retrieve the 2FA verification code after opening a profile.
1. Obtain the Platform’s 2FA Secret Key
Enable two-factor authentication on the target tool/platform and copy key. Using Instagram as an example:
2. Configure the 2FA Key in DICloak
- Go to Profiles, click Edit on a profile, and Add account Information. Paste the 2FA key obtained from the platform into the corresponding field.
- In Advanced Settings – Browser Settings, do NOT check the option “Do not show homepage (check page) when opening a profile“. Otherwise, members will be unable to retrieve the 2FA verification code from the check page.
3. Login Experience for Members
After a member opens the profile, they can obtain the login 2FA verification code for the corresponding tool/platform account from the right side of the DICloak check page.
