How to resolve a proxy connection failure?

If you have permission to operate the proxy, you can follow these steps to troubleshoot:

1.Check the accuracy of proxy information

Ensure that the proxy IP, port, username, and password are correct to avoid connection failures due to incorrect information.

2.Verify proxy validity

You can contact the proxy provider’s official customer service to check the service status.

Alternatively, use online proxy testing tools to check whether the proxy IP and port are working correctly and if the speed meets the standards.

3.Handle invalid proxies

If the proxy is temporarily unavailable, wait for 10-15 minutes and try reconnecting to eliminate temporary issues.

If the problem persists, you can switch to another proxy IP from the same provider, or purchase a new proxy from a reliable service provider and configure it.

4.Troubleshoot local network issues

If the proxy itself is valid but still fails to connect on DICloak Antidetect Browser, try switching to a different network (e.g., from Wi-Fi to a wired network) and test again to confirm if it’s caused by local network conditions.

If you do not have permission to operate the proxy:

Please contact your team administrator directly to report the issue. The administrator will assist in troubleshooting the proxy connection and provide further support.

If the issue is not resolved by the above methods, please contact DICloak’s official customer service for additional help.
