DICloak allows users to transfer browser profiles from Team A to Team B. If you want to transfer browser profiles, you should upgrade your subscription from Free Plan to Team or Pro Plan first. Please follow the instructions below to tranfer broswer profiles.
Operation Guide
1.Access the Profile List Page
- Open and log in to the DICloak software first. You can find “Browsers” on the left navigation bar and then open the “Profiles” page.
2.Transfer Profiles
- On the profile list, select the profile that you want to transfer and click on the “Transfer” button.
- Choose the information that you want to transfer, including “Profile Name“, “Remark“, and “Proxy Information“. Note the followings:
- Profile Name: If the profile name is not selected, the corresponding profile name in the new team will be named in a uniform format, which is: Transfer Profile – Time (accurate to milliseconds) – Serial Number (001-100), e.g., Transfer Profile – 201223231224 – 001.
- Profile Name: If the profile name is selected, the corresponding profile name in the new team will be named in a uniform format: Original Name – Time (accurate to milliseconds), e.g., if the original profile name is “Test Profile A“, the transferred name will be “Test Profile A – 201223231224“.
- Proxy Information: If proxy information is not selected, the proxy type for the corresponding profile in the new team will be uniformly set to Custom – No Proxy (local network).
- Proxy Information: If proxy information is selected:
- If the original profile’s proxy type is “Custom“, the proxy type in the new team will be uniformly set to Custom, and the original proxy type and information will be synchronized.
- If the original profile’s proxy type is “Saved Proxy“, the proxy type in the new team will be uniformly set to Custom, and the original proxy type and information will be synchronized.
- Firstly, enter the team ID you want to transfer the profile to. Then enter the current account’s login password for verification. Finally, click the “Confirm” button to complete the profile transfer.

1.Can I transfer browser profiles with a free subscription?
So far, this function is only available with Team Plan and Pro Plan. If you want to transfer browser profiles, Team Plan and Pro Plan can offer proffesional help for your work.
2.How do I find the team ID?
You can find the team ID by clicking on the account information at the top right corner of the DICloak software.
3.What password do I need to enter for verification?
Password verification requires the password of the account that you are using to transfer the profiles.
