The operation log records and tracks user login times and browsing behaviour, allowing you to view team members’ login times and webpage visit history. This is very useful for managing team members’ activities, ensuring online security, and maintaining activity transparency within the team.
1.Open Team Management
Open and log in to the DICloak software. In the left navigation bar, find Team Management and then click on Operation Log.
2.View Login Log
Click on Login Log to see the login records.
The Login Log records and displays each user’s login activity, including operation time, operation type, operation member, IP information, and operating system.
Login Log Data Filtering: You can filter login log data by member, operation type, and time. You can also click the “Reset” button to clear all filter conditions.
3.View Operation log
Click on Operation log to view the operation history.
The Operation log records and display each operation behavior of users, including browsing time, operation type, operation target and operating members.
Operation log Data Filtering: You can filter Operation log data by operation time, operation target, URL, peration type, and member. You can also click the “Reset” button to clear all filter conditions.
4.View Browsing Logs
Click “Browsing Logs” and you can view the browsing logs.
The “Browsing Logs” records and displays each login behavior of users, including browsing time, website title, website URL, operation profile and members.
Data Filtering for Browsing Logs: You can filter the data of browsing logs by members, operation profile, website title and website URL. You can also click the “Reset” button to clear the filtering conditions.
