If your issue is directly related to DICloak Browser’s functionality or performance (e.g., software bugs, unexpected crashes, technical errors, or any issues involving the use of the software itself), please feel free to contact us for assistance.

When to Contact Your Team Administrator:

Some content you are using (such as account permissions, browser profiles, etc.) may have been set up and provided by your team administrator, not by DICloak directly. Therefore, for issues related to account logins (including DICloak account or account-related issues within profiles), please contact your team administrator for resolution.
