A black screen when opening a profile is usually caused by an outdated graphics card that doesn’t support the browser’s normal operation.

You can try the following steps:
1.If you have permission to edit the profile (e.g., as a team administrator), go to the relevant profile, enter edit mode, and add the Launch parameters “–disable-gpu” Save the settings and reopen the profile to check if the black screen issue is resolved.

2.If you don’t have edit permission, contact the team administrator and ask them to set the parameter for you.
